• ¾” thick solid wood face frame.
• Veneered ½” plywood cabinet box with White painted interior.
• 5/8” thick adjustable plywood shelves.
• MDF, full overlay raised panel door and drawer front with applied detail molding. 6 way adjustable hinges. Note that MDF is superior for painted cabinet doors (no corner cracking).
• Solid wood, dovetailed drawer boxes with full extension, soft close under mount drawer glides
• Valspar Catalyzed Conversion Varnish topcoat meets or exceeds industry standards for adhesion, stain resistance, etc. Conversion varnishes are far superior in every way to polyurethanes or lacquers.
• No cheap cam-locks used in our assembly!
